This one is Daniel's Ellsworth. The first Ellsworth to the gallery, this one's actually a dual gallery bike too, as it weighs in at 17.25 lbs.&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He said,"Thought readers might get a kick out of this one-off Ellsworth Cross bike. I'm not the best barrier bunny-hopper, but this bike makes it pretty straightforward.  Rides exactly like a high-end hardtail mountainbike off road and sprints like a road bike on. According to Gian Lucca of Albabici importers you are the distributers of derosa in the usa, says that there are only three of these frames in the usa.  I had seen the frame at interbike last year and loved it! I ordered on about four months later and was custom made for my measurements. The wait time was about 4 months which wasnt to bad, but came in the right time after my lobster was crushed! I have another older set of mavic ksyriums with tufo tubular clinchers for training so I dont wear down the "gucci" dugasts!&lt;br /&gt;I bike was around 16.44, but I forgot to put on my sigma bc 1200 computer!&lt;br /&gt;thanks again for the kick ass website! Elmar reports this bike is a very light 7 kilos----for the American's, thats 15.4 lbs, lighter than most people's road bike for sure. And seeing as how I have this&lt;br /&gt;thing with light cross bikes, Im going to start featuring cyclocross&lt;br /&gt;bikes on this site that are under 18 lbs or 8.17kg. John&lt;br /&gt;reports that he had a custom steel (read: high end Norcal framebuilder)&lt;br /&gt;fork on there before and that the bike's ride quality improved&lt;br /&gt;dramatically with the addition of the Morati ti fork.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other totally bling so bright it hurts (bsbih) components are the no longer in production&lt;br /&gt;Sweetwings cranks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lastly, John previously rode on carbon Zipp rims and Tune hubs but recently&lt;br /&gt;ordered the Reynolds Stratus DV wheelset. Pretty nice.
